Contexte et environnement de travail :

Rattaché(e) aux pilotes compétences métier, vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe transverse en lien avec l’ingénierie, les RH et les acteurs de la transformation.

Le stage s’inscrit dans un projet stratégique visant à structurer, centraliser et rendre accessible l’information liée aux compétences métiers, aux référentiels et aux parcours de formation.

Votre mission principale consistera à concevoir et déployer un site SharePoint dédié aux compétences, au cœur de la transformation digitale de la gestion des compétences.

Vos missions :

Vous contribuerez au développement, à la structuration et au déploiement d’un SharePoint métier.

  • Création du site : concevoir un intranet dédié aux compétences.
  • Structuration des contenus : organiser l’information et définir une arborescence claire.
  • Recueil des besoins : échanger avec managers, collaborateurs, RH et École Ingénierie.
  • Développement SharePoint : configurer les pages, modules et fonctionnalités.
  • Qualité des données : garantir cohérence, mise à jour et pertinence des contenus.
  • Expérience utilisateur : améliorer navigation, lisibilité et accessibilité.
  • Indicateurs d’usage : contribuer à la mise en place de tableaux de bord.
  • Déploiement & animation : accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption du site.

  • Organisation du site et structuration de l’arborescence.
  • Mise en forme des contenus.
  • Création de tableaux de bord à partir de données externes.
  • Participation aux réunions projet.
  • Documentation & tests des fonctionnalités.

  • Une arborescence claire des compétences.
  • Un mode d’emploi utilisateurs.
  • Des propositions d’amélioration.

Qui êtes‑vous ?

  • Étudiant(e) Bac+4/5 (M1/M2) en communication ou informatique, avec un intérêt pour les outils digitaux et la gestion des compétences.
  • Techniques : SharePoint (bases), Excel, outils Microsoft 365.
  • Comportementales : rigueur, esprit d’analyse, autonomie, travail d’équipe, bon relationnel.
  • Expérience en transformation digitale.
  • Développement de compétences SharePoint.
  • Pratique de la gestion de projet.

Durée : 6 mois – S1 2027
