Job Description

Dans le cadre de la transformation digitale de la fonction Finance et de la mise en œuvre de notre plateforme EPM (Enterprise Performance Management ), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination, le pilotage et l'accompagnement du changement.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront de :

  • Coordonner le déploiement de la solution EPM et assurer le suivi opérationnel des différentes activités du programme.
  • Mettre à jour les plannings, jalons et tableaux de bord afin de garantir une visibilité claire sur l'avancement des projets.
  • Préparer, organiser et animer les réunions de projet, ateliers et instances de gouvernance.
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus, documents de cadrage, supports de gouvernance et documentations nécessaires au bon déroulement du programme.
  • Fluidifier la communication entre les équipes métiers, IT, partenaires et parties prenantes afin de favoriser une collaboration efficace.
  • Accompagner les actions de conduite du changement et contribuer à l'adoption des nouveaux processus et outils.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes, outils et pratiques de gestion de projet et de pilotage de la performance.
