Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Bac +3/4 pour rejoindre notre équipe Services Connectés et nouvelles mobilité au sein de l'ingénierie de l'Après-vente.
Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration de l'expérience client à travers l'étude et le développement de solutions innovantes liées aux services connectés.
Ce poste à contenu pluridisciplinaire est au carrefour: du business après-vente (APV), de sujets techniques complexes et tendances et de de l'expérience client. Ce stage permettra au candidat(e) d'avoir une vision End-to-End (bout en bout) de la mise sur le marché d'un service connecté chez Renault.
Responsabilités du poste
* Gérer la phase projet: "Beta test technique" sur des collaborateurs Renault pour les services connectés suivants: maintenance connecté prédictive et détection des petits collisions. (Gestion de 200-300 clients)
* Piloter le fournisseur en charge de l'enquête clients externes permettant de valider la robustesse de nos solutions techniques. (enquête sur 5K clients)
* Utiliser et améliorer les dashboards data disponible sous environnement looker, Looker studio, Spotfire
* Possibilité de faire le codage des ressources techniques estimées nécessaires en utilant le codage SQL ou agent IA
* Contribuer à l'optimisation des services connectés en analysant les données et en proposant des améliorations.
* Rédiger des rapports techniques et présenter les résultats de vos travaux.
Qualifications requises
* Étudiant(e) en Bac +3 ou Bac +4 en ingénierie généraliste avec une dominante data analyse et data visualisation, ou école marketing en nouvelles technologies.
* Appétence pour les nouveaux produits technologiques: Apps, multimédia, IOT et objets connectés..
* Anglais (TOEIC ou équivalent > 700)
* Maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Spotfire, looker, looker studio..(pas obligatoire mais c'est un plus)
* Compétences en programmation informatique, notamment en Python et/ou SQL.(pas obligatoire mais c'est un plus)
* Capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d'autonomie.
* Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
* Capacité de synthèse, autonomie et force de proposition
