Contexte et environnement de travail :

Au sein de la Direction Éthique et Conformité (DEC), vous contribuerez à la transformation et à l’automatisation des processus d’analyse et de traitement de l’information.

La DEC est responsable de :

  • Analyses d’intégrité sur les fournisseurs, clients, partenaires et tiers.
  • Cartographies de risques de corruption pour les pays, fonctions, marques et entités du Groupe.
  • Suivi des déclarations de conflits d’intérêts, cadeaux et invitations.

Dans un contexte d’amélioration continue, vous participerez à la conception d’outils d’assistance et d’automatisation basés sur l’IA et les solutions digitales internes.

Vos missions :

Vous accompagnerez les équipes TIM (Third Party Integrity Management) et Programme Éthique & Conformité dans la digitalisation et l’automatisation de leurs activités.

  • Étude des processus : analyser les workflows existants et identifier des pistes d’amélioration.
  • Détection des tâches automatisables : repérer les opérations répétitives pouvant être confiées à des outils IA ou d’automatisation.
  • Conception de prompts : participer à l’élaboration et à l’optimisation des instructions destinées aux outils IA internes.
  • Développement de prototypes : contribuer à la création d’outils facilitant le traitement, la synthèse et la consolidation d’informations.
  • Tests & amélioration continue : réaliser des tests, analyser les résultats et proposer des optimisations.

Qui êtes‑vous ?

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+2, avec un intérêt pour :
  • L’automatisation, l’IA et les outils digitaux.
  • L’analyse de données et la structuration de l’information.
  • Les sujets liés à l’éthique, la conformité et la gestion des risques.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, curiosité.
  • Aisance dans la communication écrite et orale.
  • Approche proactive et goût pour l’amélioration continue.
