Intitulé du poste : Stagiaire Technicien.ne Informatique – Développement d’outils de gestion de parc informatique et de support au poste de travail

Niveau requis : Bac+3 (Licence, BUT, ou équivalent en informatique)

Durée du stage : 2 à 3 mois (adaptable selon convention)

Contexte et environnement de travail :

Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe IT dédiée au support des utilisateurs, le/la stagiaire participera à la modernisation et à l’optimisation des outils internes de gestion des équipements informatiques (postes de travail, périphériques, smartphones, etc.), de visioconférence et de salles de réunions. L’environnement est exigeant, orienté qualité de service et confidentialité.

Vos missions :

  • Modification et création d’outils internes
    • Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs VIP et des équipes support.
    • Concevoir, développer et améliorer des applications ou scripts facilitant la gestion du parc informatique (inventaire, suivi, reporting, automatisation).
    • Tester et documenter les outils créés ou modifiés.
    • Assurer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des outils existants.
  • Support technique et accompagnement
    • Tester les nouveaux équipements, ou les nouvelles versions logicielles…
    • Rédiger les procédures pour l’équipe de support
  • Sécurité et confidentialité
    • Respecter les protocoles de sécurité informatique et de confidentialité des données.
    • Contribuer à la sécurisation des outils et des équipements.

Compétences attendues

  • Techniques :
    • Maîtrise des environnements Windows et des outils bureautiques (Office 365).
    • Connaissances en développement (Python, PowerShell, VBA, ou équivalent).
    • Notions de développement cloud, de réseaux et de sécurité informatique.
  • Relationnelles et organisationnelles :
    • Force de proposition, curiosité, proactivité
    • Capacité à travailler en équipe
    • Autonomie, rigueur

Qui êtes vous ?

  • Étudiant(e) en Licence/BUT Informatique ou équivalent.
  • Intérêt pour le développement d’outils et l’automatisation.
  • Première expérience en support informatique ou développement appréciée (stage, alternance).
