Contexte et environnement de travail :

Le monde automobile est en perpétuel mouvement avec des enjeux environnementaux et économiques cruciaux.

La Direction de l’innovation dans l'Ingénierie de Renault Group recherche son(sa) futur(e) pilote innovation. Au sein d’une direction d'une quinzaine de personnes, vous contribuez à l’émergence et à la structuration d’idées innovantes à l’interface entre robotique et intelligence artificielle en lieu avec des enjeux produits et industriels concrets.  Vous collaborez avec les équipes au cœur de la direction de l’innovation.

Le poste est basé au Technocentre à Guyancourt (France)

Vos missions :

 Vous identifiez, formulez et structurez des concepts innovants combinant robotique et IA.

Vous réalisez une veille technologique rigoureuse ciblée (IA, robotique avancée, usages émergents).

Vous mobilisez des méthodes de créativité et d’idéation pour faire émerger des solutions différenciantes.

Vous mettez en perspective les idées avec les enjeux industriels réels, contraintes opérationnelles et besoins utilisateurs

Ce stage offre une exposition directe à des problématiques d’innovation technologique appliquée, au croisement de l’exploration, de la créativité et de l’industrie

A la suite de ce poste, vous pourrez approfondir vos compétences en cybersécurité dans différentes Directions de Renault Group.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5 en université ou en école d’ingénieur avec une dominante robotique, ou intelligence artificielle/data/système intelligents.
  • Vous avez des bases solides en IA en particulier en machine learning, deep learning, IA embarquée,… et/ou en robotique (architectures robotiques, interaction robot environnement,…). Vous avez la capacité à comprendre une technologie sans nécessairement la coder en profondeur.
  • Vous êtes très curieux et avez envie de développer vos connaissances en méthodes de créativité et idéation.
  • Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et êtes structurés
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais écrit et oral, facteur clé de réussite dans le poste.
