YOUR MISSION:

To ensure the physical movement of products both in and out of the Technical Center, ensure that this is correctly documented, the computer records match the movement of stock.

Organize transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale.

Organize and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad.

To follow Procedures, the Richemont transport directives and ensure products are moved in a secure and compliant way at all times ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Inbound process:

• Ensure parcels received are opened within an authorized Inbound area and within the timeframe outlined in our KPI’s

• Operation of shutter and physically taking in deliveries, whilst ensuring all procedures are followed

• Quality check and packaging/document checks to be performed

• Goods received in SAP

• Articles put away in their dedicated area or passed to the next workstation heading to

• Check systems on discrepancies or missing SAP flow to ensure any products residue(not received) and up to date 

Outbound process:

• Process transfers and ODN’s via SAP

• Pick & Pack goods per destination, checking serial number and quality.

• Create shipments and book the appropriate carrier according to the Transport Directive.

• Ensure all shipments are processed within the requested time frame to avoid delays, and within our KPI’s.

E-CS management:

• Manage E-CS shipments, quality check products, complete SAP flow correctly.

• Pack according to each Maison’s E-CS packing guidelines.

• Liaise with CRC/Maisons in case of discrepancies and 3rd choice information.

• Liaise with CRC/Maisons concerning faulty or damaged products.

• Prepare export documentation and liaise with carriers to organize shipping

• Ensure SAP is updated and stock cleared every day-end
