Vos missions
Au sein du département QUALITE de l'usine de carrosserie Montage de Sandouville, vous êtes rattaché(e) a l’Atelier Qualité Flux Montage et Vente Véhicule et vous participerez au développement d'un système automatisé de contrôle qualité basé sur la vision industrielle et l'IA.
L'objectif du stage est de concevoir une solution capable de détecter automatiquement des défauts sur les véhicules à partir d'images capturées par des caméras, d'archiver les données et d'aider les équipes à améliorer les performances du processus de fabrication.
Vos principales activités :
• Analyser les besoins industriels et les défauts à détecter ;
• Participer à la conception de l'architecture du système de vision ;
• Mettre en place des solutions d'acquisition d'images (caméras, éclairage, optiques) ;
• Développer des algorithmes de traitement d'images et d'intelligence artificielle ;
• Constituer et exploiter des bases d'apprentissage ;
• Tester et valider les performances de la solution en environnement industriel ;
• Présenter les résultats et rédiger la documentation technique.
Le poste est en horaire de Normale 7h30 – 15h52
Votre profil
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou Master) dans l'un des domaines suivants :
