Vos missions

Au sein du département Montage de l'usine de carrosserie Montage de Sandouville, vous êtes rattaché(e) au chef d’atelier des pickings.
Votre rôle sera tout d’abord de comprendre le fonctionnement d’un environnement de production, des unités de production et des équipes afin de vous approprier les standards et démarches d’amélioration Renault puis les appliquer.
Vous prendrez ensuite part aux réunions de production quotidienne du département et de l’usine.
A termes vous serez capable en autonomie d’identifier les interlocuteurs clefs pour permettre l’aboutissement des missions.
Vos missions sont :
- Comprendre l’environnement industriel de l’usine/atelier.
- Utiliser ses compétences acquises en école afin de donner des points d’amélioration ponctuels ou continus pour l’atelier.
- Piloter un projet de développement industriel en améliorant le flux d’AGV dans un des picking.

Le poste est en horaire de Normale 7h30 – 15h52.


Votre profil

Vous préparez un diplôme d’ingénieur en Génie Industriel.

Vous avez un très bon niveau en Lean Management, vous savez communiquer clairement et êtes force de persuasion dans les projets que vous menez, vous maitrisez les logiciels tels que AutoCad.
Vous faites preuve d’initiatives, êtes bon communicant et avez le sens du travail d’équipe, vous êtes reconnu comme leader dans vos projets, force de proposition, autonome et organisé.
