Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ZingKey’s CRM platform with a strong focus on B2B sales workflows and sales operations.
- Build CRM capabilities across the full sales cycle, including lead capture and qualification, opportunity management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
- Define the relationships and workflows between key CRM objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities across various sales scenarios.
- Design solutions for pipeline management, customer follow-ups, tasks and reminders, quotations, approvals, sales forecasting, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate directly with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand business sales processes and translate common needs into scalable CRM features.
- Develop customer engagement capabilities across Email, WhatsApp Business, Telephony, and Web Forms, including necessary CRM integrations.
- Build sales dashboards, pipeline analytics, conversion funnels, and forecasting tools to help sales teams and managers track performance and make informed decisions.
- Identify and implement practical applications of AI throughout the sales journey, such as Lead Scoring, conversation summaries, sales recommendations, automated follow-ups, and AI Sales Assistants.
- Produce Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and prototypes, and work closely with UI/UX, Engineering, and QA teams throughout development, testing, and release.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, SalesTech, or B2B SaaS products preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management, and Sales Forecasting.
- Ability to understand different sales models, business rules, and operational workflows, and design CRM solutions that are configurable and scalable.
- Strong business analysis and product design skills, with the ability to independently develop PRDs, workflows, and prototypes.
- Comfortable working across customers, Sales, Implementation, UI/UX, Engineering, and QA teams to bring product requirements through to release.
Added Advantage:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales, either in product development or implementation.
- Background in CRM implementation, CRM consulting, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Experience with B2B SaaS, SalesTech, or MarTech products.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Email, Telephony, Marketing Automation, and Lead Capture.
- Good understanding of APIs, Webhooks, CRM data models, system integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Experience building AI or agent-based features for CRM, sales automation, or sales intelligence.
