Description:
HMD Transport is currently looking for a friendly, coachable and ambitious CRM Admin to join our team based in Skopje.
Duties:
- Understand the sales operation, challenges, and objectives of the team
- Improve operation through CRM administration and consultation
- Administrate system support for the CRM
- Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and permissions
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools
- LeadGen administration via Zoominfo (workflows, salesflows)
- Communicating with technical support teams with HubSpot and ZoomInfo when needed
- LinkedIn helper admin (monitoring and utilizing sequences for the sales team)
- Looker Studio - creating and supplying reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- Previous experience with lead generator programs (ZoomInfo preferred)
- High School Diploma or higher (Data Analyst degree is an advantage)
- Proficient English in verbal and written is a must
- Team player (work experience in remote teams is an advantage)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
