Job Description

Timing - 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST & 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST;
Mode of Work - Hybrid (3 days Office/2 days Home)

This position is responsible for administering Clean Earth’s credit card programs, analyzing reports, and supporting field employees’ requests. Successful candidates will possess good verbal and written communication skills and will be detail-oriented. The candidate must also be proficient in Excel, basic data analysis, and PowerPoint. The person must provide a pleasant customer experience promptly for the internal customers. The person will provide such support in the US Pacific Standard Time and will have a backup to cover other time zones.
 

Primary Responsibilities:
Credit Card Programs:

• Managing day-to-day administration of Clean Earth’s Travel and Entertainment Cards and Purchasing Cards and Clean Earth’s Driver Expense and Fuel Cards
• Issuance of new cards
• Termination of cards for exiting employees or employees that transfer to other roles where no card is required
• Monitoring past-due accounts and coordinating collection activities
• Updating profiles as necessary
• Performing administrative updates to cards to ensure clean data
• Run and review reports for abnormal or unauthorized spending
• Perform analytical work on various reports
• Create payment reports for cards as required
• Manage the Clean Earth credit card e-mail inbox and tickets
• Work with various departments to collect data, contracts, and other documents
• Escalate issues, concerns, abnormal/unauthorized spending, etc., as necessary

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with a medium- to large professional organization. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Basic computer skills in Google tools, Concur, SAP, accounting software, and databases.
• Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective working relationships with field leaders and department leads.
