Where you'll create impact

• Own the creative strategy for paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit and new channels as they appear): what we say, to whom, and in which format

• Write sharp briefs and hooks from customer insight, then work with designers and editors to ship them fast

• Run a steady test-and-learn loop: launch variants, read the data, stop what doesn't work and scale what does

• Help build our in-house content studio: series, short-form video and ongoing content on CFO and accounting topics

• Use AI tools to cut production from weeks to days, without lowering the bar on taste

• Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing and the founders so creative ties directly to pipeline

What sets you up for success

• You've got 3–6 years in creative strategy, performance creative or content, ideally at B2B SaaS or fintech

• You write well and have a clear point of view on what makes a good ad

• You're comfortable with data and treat metrics as creative feedback

• You're happy working without a playbook

• Ana took the lead and owned the community and events at DualEntry from end to end. Thousands of attendees across 15+ events in 6 months. Dinners, roundtables, poker night and much more!

• George grew organic search traffic from 2-5 clicks a day to 80-90 clicks a day, a 2330% increase (24x), excluding career and branded queries, through targeted SEO and content work.

• Bruno built Slack bots that surface CFO job changes and funding announcements in real time, automate our gifting flow, and sync everything to HubSpot and Hex, so signals become warm intros and campaign performance lands directly in our dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $50,000 - $75,000

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $210,000
