Job Description

The Public Records Analyst investigates the backgrounds of our clients’ applicants by analyzing criminal and/or civil records and creating custom reports for our clients per local, state, and federal guidelines.

 

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, and the available shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Training will be conducted on the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift for 2-4 weeks. 

 

This is an on-site position out of Warminster, PA. It pays $17hr.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze source documentation for pre-employment screening purposes by applying Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) rules, individual state reporting rules, and client-specific rules.
  • Conduct necessary research, which includes but is not limited to, contacting the applicable agencies and ordering case information.
  • Prepare a report by entering researched information into proprietary software.
  • Send the prepared report to the validation team for further processing.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
