About the Role
As a Country Sales Associate, you will drive strategic enterprise projects across your assigned country. You will own the complete sales cycle—from opportunity qualification to project closure—working closely with customers, System Integrators (SIs), consultants, distributors, and internal teams to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic enterprise projects and achieve sales targets in the assigned country.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, consultants, System Integrators, and channel partners.
- Own opportunities from lead qualification through proposal, presentation, POC, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM with timely opportunity updates.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to support business growth.
- Represent Matrix at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

Desired Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development.
- Experience in Physical Security, Video Surveillance, Access Control, ELV, ICT, or related technology industries.
- Strong solution-selling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with System Integrators and enterprise customers.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing strategic opportunities independently.
