About this role
Day to Day Tasks:
✅ Διαπραγμάτευση με προμηθευτές σχετικά με τις δαπάνες της εταιρείας και των επιμέρους τμημάτων
✅ Συγκριτική ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση των προσφορών των προμηθευτών της εταιρείας
✅ Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας έγκρισης δαπανών σε συνεργασία με την CFO της εταιρείας
✅ Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του αποθέματος αναλώσιμων
✅ Παρακολούθηση και σύνταξη αναφορών δαπανών
Προϋποθέσεις:
✅ Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ
✅ Ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και άριστες αναλυτικές και αριθμητικές δεξιότητες
✅ Άριστη ικανότητα συνεργασίας και ομαδικού πνεύματος, με δυνατότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας καθώς και αποτελεσματικής απόδοσης υπό πίεση
✅ Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office. Η γνώση συστημάτων ERP, όπως το SAP, θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
