About the opportunity
At QIAGEN, our vision is to make improvements in life possible. As a Corporate Marketing Web Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our global audiences. Working closely with Corporate Marketing, Brand, Content, and Digital teams, you will design and optimize engaging web experiences that strengthen our online presence, enhance user engagement, and support business objectives.
This role combines creative design expertise with a strong understanding of web technologies, user experience principles, and digital marketing best practices. You will contribute to the development of visually compelling, user-centric, and brand-consistent web pages that support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives across global markets.
Your tasks include
- Design and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with QIAGEN's brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and technical stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences.
- Translate marketing strategies and campaign objectives into effective web designs and user journeys.
- Optimize website layouts, navigation, and content presentation to improve usability and user engagement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Ensure websites are visually consistent, accessible, and optimized across devices and browsers.
- Stay current with digital design trends, user experience best practices, and web technologies to continuously enhance online experiences.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional experience in web design, digital design, or a similar role within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, user experience, and visual design capabilities.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design methodologies, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to work in a global environment.
