Business & Corporate Development Associate

We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.  This role sits at the intersection of business development and corporate development, supporting Samba TV’s commercial partnerships alongside M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting and/or corporate development, with a finance, economics, or business degree. They have experience in strategic commercial deals: how to structure a partnership, evaluate a data licensing arrangement, and assess whether a BD opportunity is worth pursuing, along with fluency in financial modeling skills and an interest in the media and technology sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic transactions and commercial partnerships, while developing expertise in deal execution and financial analysis.
