The Corporate Counsel will work on a variety of the company’s legal matters primarily focused on labor and employment matters (including organizational support and guidance, as well as active litigation), with progressively wider practice area opportunities including developing and reviewing company policies, procedures and training, contract review, data protection and privacy, and more. The candidate should be an energetic self-starter who is willing to take on projects and can work under pressure within a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple matters concurrently with competing deadlines, and is able to maintain productive relationships with management and the C-Suite.    THE TEAM: Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.
