Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for an Coordinator, Maintenance and Administrative, SRA. The Maintenance and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all administrative tasks and duties that support the functioning of Sysmex facilities to ensure efficient operations. This role is fully on-site and supports facility maintenance activities across all Sysmex facilities, as well as overall administrative operations.

 

Essential Duties and  :

  • Manages the organization, scheduling, creation and receipt of invoices and general coordination of all third-party contractors used on-site for calibrations, preventative maintenance and other needs.
  • Enters, updates and maintains data and records in the SAP-PM Module.
  • Assists in maintaining parts inventory, including setup in SAP, inventory control, labeling, and stocking of parts.
  • Provides SAP WO Support, closes work orders (WO), and assists with schedule preparation for all maintenance activities.
  • Generates reports from SAP and other systems, including calibration reports, preventative maintenance reports, and maintenance metrics as defined.
  • Manages SRA office supplies, cafeteria and cleaning services, and coordinates visitors and contractors entering the site.
  • Provides general administrative support to Facilities Team, SRA Management, and other staff.
  • Assists the Manufacturing Management team with travel arrangements, research, presentations, reporting, data collection, newsletters, communications, and other administrative support.
  • Performs searches for documents, data and other relevant public domain information, reviews reports as requested and selects and reports key data or information.
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Physical Risk: Regular exposures to risk that may require special training and precautions.Physical Demands: Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged (at least 50% of time) sitting, standing, keyboard or CRT work. May require periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting and/or other conditions.Mental/Cognitive Requirements: Moderate cognitive demands- Requires sustained attention, ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions. Involves interpreting information, solving problems, and making routine decisions.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

    • May include experience in the Armed Forces.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
    • Knowledge of SAP, navigation, data entry, and purchasing. Plant Maintenance module preferred.
    • Ability to use spreadsheets and database applications at an advanced level.
    • Ability to learn and utilize other applications and reporting tools, such as PowerPoint.
    • Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
    • Professional, effective, and respectful communication, including business email correspondence.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and document management skills, with the ability to track priorities, maintain schedules, and monitor key due dates.
    • Effective multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage interruptions and changing priorities and complete concurrent projects within established time frames.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, including gathering relevant data and information with minimal supervision and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
    • Sound judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to identify urgent issues, respond accordingly, complete analytical tasks, draw appropriate conclusions with limited guidance, and work effectively with ambiguity and general concepts.

    This job requires satisfaction of the credentialing requirements of Sysmex’s customers, including hospitals and other healthcare facilities, which generally includes proof of current vaccinations for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), and COVID-19. 

     

    The hourly pay range for this role is $20.60 to $32.36, (along with an overtime pay). Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan(medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
