Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures assigned complaint file activities are documented accurately, consistently, and efficiently, with strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
  • Receives, reviews, and documents product complaint information in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Follows up with customers, consumers, physicians, nurses, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to obtain additional complaint information when needed.
  • Coordinates activities to determine complaint sample availability, request sample returns, and support shipping-related activities for complaint sample retrieval.
  • Supports timely completion and maintenance of complaint records to help ensure files are complete, accurate, and inspection-ready.
  • Uses complaint tracking software, such as TrackWise or equivalent systems, to document and maintain complaint file activities.
  • Supports department priorities, team collaboration, and continuous improvement activities related to complaint handling processes.
  • Assist colleagues with complaint-related activities, support sample retrieval needs, contribute to improvement projects, and strengthen overall team performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years relevant work experience OR
  • Associates Degree and 1 year relevant work experience
