Coordinator
About this role
The IOC program is a compassionate, approachable, and genuinely team-oriented Coordinator who sees their role as both a leader and an advocate for staff. This person should provide guidance, encouragement, and consistent communication; listen to staff concerns regarding client care; help remove barriers; and create an environment where team members feel heard, valued, and supported.
Just as importantly, this Coordinator should have a genuine investment in the people we serve and a strong desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. They should approach challenges with empathy and problem-solving, work collaboratively with staff and providers, and consistently look for ways to ensure clients receive thoughtful, effective, and coordinated care. The ideal candidate is invested in the wellbeing of the team delivering the work and the clients whose lives are impacted by it.
