Un jour à MKS :

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe Logistique basée à Beaune-la-Rolande dans notre entreprise MKS, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de Magasin (entrepôt logistique) pour rejoindre l'équipe de Ludivine.

Véritable référent(e) opérationnel(le), vous assurez la coordination quotidienne des activités du magasin, garantissez la fiabilité des stocks et contribuez à la performance de la chaîne logistique. Vous évoluez dans un environnement dynamique où réactivité, rigueur et sens de l'organisation sont essentiels.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer les urgences opérationnelles et assurer la continuité des activités du magasin.
  • Piloter et coordonner les flux de stocks au quotidien.
  • Assurer le suivi et l'analyse des inventaires.
  • Identifier, analyser et traiter les écarts de stocks afin de garantir la fiabilité des données.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les actions correctives liées aux écarts constatés.
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans les bonnes pratiques de gestion des stocks.
  • Assurer un management transversal auprès d'une petite équipe et des différents interlocuteurs internes.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus logistiques.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité, sécurité et performance.

Profil recherché:

  • Expérience significative en gestion de magasin, logistique ou supply chain.
  • Vous justifiez idéalement de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un environnement logistique ou industriel, ou d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire avec une montée en compétences démontrée.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la gestion des stocks.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse des écarts de stocks et de résolution de problèmes.
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et l'analyse de données.
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
  • La connaissance de SAP constitue un réel atout.
  • Capacité à fédérer et à coordonner des équipes sans lien hiérarchique direct.
  • Réactivité, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
