Objetivo del puesto

Impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la región mediante el desarrollo, capacitación y acompañamiento de la fuerza de ventas, fortaleciendo sus habilidades comerciales y de liderazgo para incrementar las ventas y generar un crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y capacitar a la fuerza de ventas.
  • Ejecutar actividades comerciales y de desarrollo en campo a nivel regional.
  • Fortalecer relaciones e influenciar a líderes comerciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes de acción regionales.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores y resultados.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en ventas de campo, venta directa, multinivel o desarrollo de equipos comerciales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente dentro de Guatemala.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, influencia y presentación.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, autogestión y adaptabilidad.
  • Inteligencia emocional, carácter y capacidad para generar cambios de comportamiento.
  • Profesional Graduado de Administración de Empresas o afines.
