El Coordinador de Compras tiene como objetivo coordinar, controlar y ejecutar las actividades de abastecimiento del hotel, asegurando la adquisición oportuna de bienes y servicios al mejor costo, calidad y condiciones comerciales, garantizando la continuidad operativa de todas las áreas del hotel bajo los estándares establecidos.
Lo que harás
- Recibir, revisar y procesar requisiciones de compra de los diferentes departamentos del hotel.
- Solicitar y analizar cotizaciones de proveedores.
- Negociar precios, condiciones de pago, tiempos de entrega y contratos.
- Emitir órdenes de compra conforme a las políticas internas.
- Dar seguimiento a las compras hasta la recepción final de productos y servicios
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevos proveedores.
- Mantener actualizado el padrón de proveedores autorizados.
- Evaluar periódicamente el desempeño de los proveedores en calidad, precio y servicio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de contratos y acuerdos comerciales.
- Monitorear existencias para evitar faltantes o sobreinventarios
- Participar en inventarios físicos y auditorías internas
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de compras del hotel.
- Asegurar que los productos adquiridos cumplan con las especificaciones de calidad y seguridad.
Perfil del Puesto
- Licenciatura Económico-Administrativa (Lic. en Turismo, Negocios Internacionales, LAE o afin).
- De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en compras o cadena de suministro (experiencia previa en hoteles deseable).
- Excel intermedio o avanzado
- Nivel de Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable)
