Responsabilidades e atribuições: 

A pessoa Coordenadora de Estudos deve realizar a gestão dos projetos de pesquisa clínica cosmética:

  • Ser capaz de gerir os recursos necessários para o desenvolvimento de projetos de segurança e eficácia, garantindo a qualidade da coleta de dados e o cumprimento das normas pré-estabelecidas;
  • Além disso, é responsável pela gestão de pessoas e de recursos da unidade de pesquisa, promovendo o engajamento da equipe e a otimização dos processos operacionais;
  • Também deve ser capaz de analisar criticamente os delineamentos dos projetos de pesquisa e os dados gerados no estudo;
  • É ainda responsabilidade da pessoa Coordenadora de Estudos a elaboração e conferência de dossiês CEP, bem como de toda a documentação científica do estudo, garantindo a aplicação das Boas Práticas Clínicas (BPC);
  • O acompanhamento dos estudos em sala de teste e a resolução de ocorrências também fazem parte do dia a dia dessa função;
  • O atendimento e suporte científico aos clientes internacionais é uma tarefa primordial desta função, sendo essencial que a pessoa Coordenadora de Estudos tenha fluência em inglês, uma vez que deve realizar reuniões semanais com os clientes, atender auditorias internacionais e participar de alinhamentos com os times do exterior.

Requisitos e qualificações: 

Para atuar como Coordenador de Estudos, esperamos que você tenha os seguintes requisitos básicos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Biologia, Biomedicina, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Pacote office;
  • Estatística Básica;
  • Saber lidar com prazos de entrega reduzidos;
  • Resolução de conflitos;
  • Inglês avançado.

Você se destaca, se tiver:

  • Pós Graduação na área de atuação;
  • Pós Graduação em área Dermo-cosmética;
  • Experiência em Pesquisa Clínica;
  • Experiência em Pesquisa Clínica Cosmética.
