Objetivo do Cargo
Coordenar as atividades contábeis da empresa, assegurando a conformidade com as normas contábeis e legais, a integridade dos registros financeiros e a qualidade das demonstrações financeiras, apoiando a tomada de decisões da gestão.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Coordenar os processos de contabilidade geral, imobilizado, fechamento contábil e conciliações.
- Garantir a correta contabilização das operações e a confiabilidade das informações financeiras.
- Revisar balancetes, balanço patrimonial, DRE, DFC e demais demonstrações financeiras.
- Assegurar conformidade com CPC, IFRS e legislação aplicável.
- Atender auditorias internas e externas e apoiar a implementação de controles internos.
- Atuar em conjunto com as áreas fiscal e financeira para garantir o adequado tratamento contábil das operações.
- Coordenar, desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe contábil.
- Promover melhorias, automação e padronização dos processos da área.
Requisitos
- Graduação em Ciências Contábeis e CRC ativo.
- Experiência em contabilidade societária, fechamentos contábeis e auditorias.
- Experiência em liderança de equipes.
- Conhecimento de CPC, IFRS, legislação societária e ERP.

Liderança, organização, visão analítica, comunicação, proatividade, foco em resultados e melhoria contínua.
Indicadores de Desempenho
Cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento, qualidade das demonstrações financeiras, atendimento às auditorias, redução de ajustes contábeis e desenvolvimento da equipe.
