Job Description
Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Control Documentario en la División de Minerales y Metales.
Responsabilidades:
- Elaborar y presentar los informes (logs) definidos para el Proyecto según la periodicidad establecida.
- Llevar a cabo las tareas de control documentario, de acuerdo al procedimiento del cliente y de AtkinsRéalis.
- Examinar e ingresar datos necesarios como parte de la metadata en sharepoint online y en los sistemas del cliente (de acuerdo al proyecto), garantizandoque la información ingresada sea precisa y actualizada en todo momento.
- Actualizar las carpetas del proyecto con la información emitida en pdf y formato nativo;
- Distribuir los entregables para coordinación interdisciplinariaActualizar la metadata de respuesta del cliente (status) y distribuir los comentarios del cliente al equipo técnico.
- Revisar la correcta codificación de los entregables de acuerdo al procedimiento corporativo y procedimiento del cliente.
- Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
Requisitos:
- Formación Académica: Profesional en Administración, Gestión documentaria, o afines.
- Experiencia general de 04 años realizando labores afines en el rubro.
- Manejo del Office 365, excel a nivel intermedio o avanzado, conocimiento power bi, conocimiento de sharepoint, uso de Aconex.
- Nivel de inglés: intermedio.
