Join Focus Group as a Contract Processing Agent and keep our processes seamless

Who We Are:

At Focus Group, we provide the technology that powers the digital workplace – and we’re proud to support over 30,000 businesses across the UK. From our humble beginnings in 2003 to becoming one of the UK’s fastest growing private tech unicorns, we’ve built a company where people come first and progress is constant.

George's Story...

Don't just take our word for it. George joined Focus Group in May 2025 with no prior experience in telecoms or IT, and in 15 months he's progressed from the team into a Customer Loyalty Executive role.

"The culture within the Exeter office is undoubtedly our best quality. There are no walls between teams, and there are so many people willing to offer support if you need it,"

"After joining with no prior experience, I was given the support to really learn on the job, and in time was given extra responsibilities. In the space of a year, I was considered for an Executive role within my team, which really shows how Focus Group look to promote from within wherever possible rather than hire externally."

What We’re Looking For.....

This role is about attitude as much as ability. We want someone organised, thorough, and genuinely happy to be part of a busy, open-plan team. You'll be working with contracts and documentation as part of our Customer Loyalty team, making sure off-boarding runs accurately and smoothly, so every customer leaves with a great last impression.

You’ll be:
✔ Exceptionally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work
✔ Able to juggle multiple admin tasks without breaking a sweat
✔ A strong communicator who works well across teams
✔ A problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest improvements
✔ Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team

What you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple steps of a process simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
  • Capable of solving problems and suggesting improvements where needed
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

What's in it for you?

Beyond a stable, permanent role in a growing team, you'll get access to Focus Group's full range of benefits, including:

  • 24 days holiday to start (plus your birthday off)
  • Access to 100s of discounts across retail, food and travel
  • Health & wellbeing access - Employee Assistant Program, cycle to work scheme and free eyecare vouchers
  • Regular social events, STAR award recognition
  • Paid volunteering day
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
  • Structured training so you're fully supported from day one
  • Plus much more...
