About this role

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Contract Manager for General Procurement (f/m) to join our Procurement Department based in Toulouse, France.


You will join a dedicated team supporting commodity management, driving procurement contract policy, and securing legal and commercial agreements.

Your challenges:

  • Draft, adapt, and optimize standard and complex procurement contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Prepare and conduct contract negotiations alongside or in support of procurement commodity buyers.
  • Perform contractual analyses during disagreements or potential disputes to ensure business continuity.
  • Validate contract summary forms highlighting key risks, opportunities, and main deviation executive summaries.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual impacts and deliver trainings to develop buyer skillsets.

Your boarding pass:

  • Background in engineering, business law, or procurement management.
  • Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering international procurement agreements.
  • Solid understanding of legal regulations, risk management, and commercial contract terms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve disputes and mentor junior procurement staff.
  • Advanced level in English and French (international environment).
