Position Overview

We're looking for a creative Content Production Assistant to help produce high-quality marketing content across multiple brands.

This role is focused on creating compelling visuals, videos, and creative assets, not managing social media strategy, community engagement, or copywriting. You'll work alongside our marketing team to bring campaigns to life across social media, websites, email, landing pages, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and other visual content.
• Produce AI-generated images and creative assets using modern AI tools.
• Adapt creative assets into multiple formats for different marketing channels.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Marketing Support

• Produce creative assets for social media, websites, email marketing, landing pages, digital advertising, and presentations.
• Maintain organized creative files, templates, and brand assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and creative concepts.
• Support the production of marketing materials across multiple brands.

What We're Looking For

We care far more about the quality of your work than where you learned it.

You should have:

• A strong portfolio of creative work.
• Excellent Canva or graphic design skills.
• A good eye for design, typography, layout, and branding.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing polished work.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, DALL·E, or similar.
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve your creative skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with:

• CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
• Basic website content editing.
• Photography, animation, or motion graphics.
• AI-powered creative tools and workflows.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

• Produce a steady stream of high-quality creative assets across multiple brands.
• Build reusable templates and design systems that improve production speed.
• Deliver polished graphics and videos with minimal revisions.
• Become a trusted creative production partner for the marketing team.
