About this role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging learning content for corporate training programs. Responsibilities
- Develop engaging scripts for corporate training videos, including both customized client-specific content and general learning modules.
- Research topics and create accurate, learner-focused content that aligns with training objectives.
- Review training videos to ensure content accuracy, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
- Edit and refine scripts, voiceover content, and video narratives based on feedback and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, grammar, and messaging across all training and video content.
- A Master's degree in English, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, instructional content development, or corporate training content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Experience creating video scripts, learning content, or educational materials for professional audiences is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
