The Role In this role, you will support the implementation of Veeva Link best practices to meet customer needs and conduct tailored training sessions. You will focus on preempting and supporting specific customer needs, answering technical questions, managing tasks and reporting on status. Working closely with Japan and Global teams in a fast-paced, expanding environment, you will ensure customer success by driving business value and high user adoption.   This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work.
