About this role
We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Supports hospital clinical governance policies and departmental initiatives. • Participates in peer review, performance improvement and multidisciplinary meetings. • Assists in ensuring appropriate medical coverage within the department. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents. • Perform paediatric orthopaedic surgeries including congenital deformities and trauma. • Provide treatment for scoliosis, limb deformities and developmental bone disorders. • Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists and paediatricians. • Supervise junior physicians and surgical trainees.
