About this role
Im Zusammenspiel von IT, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Mitarbeiterinteressen übernimmt der Consultant IT & AI Co-Determination (m/w/d) eine Schlüsselrolle. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Betriebsrat, Datenschutz, Legal und IT tragen Sie dazu bei, komplexe IT-Vorhaben sicher, effizient und regelkonform umzusetzen.
Kernaufgabe ist die Unterstützung und Begleitung unterschiedlicher Unternehmensbereiche in der Durchführung der IT-Mitbestimmungsprozesse, sowie die Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Rollen auf Seiten des Betriebsrates. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie die Koordination konzernweiter Themen rund um die IT-Mitbestimmung schaffen Sie Transparenz und unterstützen die verantwortungsvolle Nutzung moderner Technologien.
Gleichzeitig eröffnet Ihnen die Position die Möglichkeit, unternehmensweite Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und aktiv an strategisch relevanten Themen mitzuwirken.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
Begleitung und Beratung von Antragstellern aus allen Bereichen im Rahmen der IT-Mitbestimmungsprozesse
Projektmanagement im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung des IT-Mitbestimmungsprozesses und der begleitenden IT-Systeme
Koordination von Terminen und Arbeitsgruppen rund um die Prozesse des Bereichs
Abstimmung und Prüfung von Arbeitstätigkeiten und Ausführungen von Lieferanten und Servicepartnern
Pflege der allgemeinen internen Veröffentlichungen zur IT-Mitbestimmung (Intranet-Auftritt, Schulungsinhalte, etc.)
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaft, Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutz oder Ähnliches
Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Grundlagen
Kenntnisse im Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit von Vorteil
Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Kenntnis agiler Methoden
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsratsprozessen, IT-Mitbestimmung, Compliance- oder Governance-Prozessen ist von Vorteil
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
