About this role

Job Summary

The Business Analyst supports BPR and automation engagement delivery by conducting detailed process documentation, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The role develops core analytical and consulting skills while gaining hands-on exposure to Lean Six Sigma, VSM, and intelligent automation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document current-state (As-Is) processes through interviews, process walkthroughs, observation, documentation, and data collection.
  • Prepare detailed process maps, SIPOC diagrams, and workflow documentation in Visio / Lucidchart.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze process performance data (cycle times, volumes, error rates, FTE utilization).
  • Support VSM sessions by preparing pre-work materials, data packs, and post-session documentation.
  • Prepare presentation slides, templates, and supporting materials for client workshops and deliverables.
  • Support data analysis tasks using Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and summaries.
  • Compile and organize performance data from client systems and structured templates.
  • Develop Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and requirements specifications for automation projects.
  • Assist in preparing client workshop materials, reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
  • Maintain project trackers, issue logs, RAID registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct benchmarking research and industry best-practice analysis to support engagement deliverables.
  • Assist in business case development by compiling effort data, cost models, and benefit projections.
  • Support RPA UAT by executing test scripts and logging defect reports.
