About this role
Job Summary
The SAP MM/WM Consultant (L2) will provide functional support and operational expertise for Reckitt's SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes. The consultant will support procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods movement, and logistics execution activities across global business units.
The role will be responsible for incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, problem investigation, testing support, and continuous process improvements while ensuring high availability and stability of the SAP supply chain landscape.
The consultant will work closely with procurement teams, warehouse operations, supply chain planners, logistics teams, SAP functional consultants, and technical support teams to maintain business continuity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
SAP MM Support
- Provide L2 support for SAP Materials Management processes.
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to procurement and inventory processes.
- Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, and source determination activities.
- Monitor and resolve material master and vendor master related issues.
- Support invoice verification and procurement integration with Finance.
- Assist users with goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, and inventory management activities.
SAP WM Support
- Provide functional support for warehouse management operations.
- Support bin management, storage strategies, transfer orders, and warehouse movements.
- Resolve issues affecting warehouse execution and inventory accuracy.
- Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and stock movement processes.
- Assist warehouse users in troubleshooting operational issues and process exceptions.
- Support warehouse inventory reconciliation and stock correction activities.
Application Support & Operations
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request activities within agreed SLA commitments.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
- Support functional testing for SAP changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Security, and Integration teams during issue resolution.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.

Support Reckitt business processes related to:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory Management

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce recurring incidents.
- Participate in automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Support implementation of minor enhancements and business improvements.
- Contribute to service improvement plans and operational excellence programs.

Other Requirements
Required Experience
- 4-7 years of SAP MM/WM experience.
- Minimum 2 years supporting global SAP production environments.
- Experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
- Experience working within AMS or application support environments.
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Experience participating in transition, KT, and hypercare activities preferred.
