The Role The consultant is responsible for the day-to-day execution of congress engagement logistics and serves as the primary coordination resource for customer engagement activities. This role manages meeting requests, scheduling updates, attendee communications, and operational support before and during congresses.   The Coordinator works closely with customer teams, thought leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure engagements are successfully executed.
