Description de l'entreprise
Tu accompagnes nos clients dans la mise en œuvre de plateformes Data & IA sur Google Cloud Platform. Tu interviens au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires pour concevoir, développer et exploiter des solutions de valorisation de la donnée répondant à des enjeux métiers RH, Finance ou E-commerce.
Tu contribues aux projets de modernisation des SI, de migration vers le cloud, de reporting avancé et d'intégration de l'IA générative.
Description du poste
- Participer à la conception et au développement de solutions Data & IA sur GCP.
- Développer et maintenir des pipelines de données (batch et temps réel).
- Construire et optimiser les modèles de données sur BigQuery.
- Mettre en œuvre des solutions de reporting et de visualisation (Looker, Looker Studio).
- Participer aux migrations de plateformes Data On-Premise vers GCP.
- Développer des APIs et services cloud natifs.
- Contribuer à l'industrialisation des déploiements (CI/CD, Terraform, GitLab).
- Participer aux ateliers fonctionnels avec les métiers RH, Finance ou E-commerce.
- Produire la documentation technique et contribuer aux bonnes pratiques de la practice.

- Maîtrise de Google Cloud Platform :
- BigQuery
- Cloud Storage
- Dataflow
- Pub/Sub
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Functions
- Cloud Composer
- Développement Python et SQL.
- Connaissance des principes Data Engineering.
- Notions de Machine Learning et d'IA Générative.
- Maîtrise des outils DevOps (Git, CI/CD).
- Connaissance des architectures API et microservices.
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité, gouvernance et conformité.
Informations supplémentaires
- Diplôme Bac+5 (informatique, data, IA ou équivalent).
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur GCP.
- Expérience significative dans au moins un des domaines suivants :
- RH (Workday, Oracle HCM, Talent, Learning, Reporting RH)
- Finance (contrôle de gestion, reporting réglementaire, FP&A)
- E-commerce (parcours client, omnicanal, marketing analytics, personnalisation)
- Certifications Google Cloud appréciées.
- Français et anglais professionnels.
