Vacatureomschrijving
- Door gebruik te maken van data-analyse en de nieuwste, innovatieve controletechnieken;
- Door je te verdiepen in bedrijfsprocessen en hoe deze uiteindelijk leiden tot de financiële verslaggeving;
- Door directe ondersteuning te bieden aan Audit-teams;
- Door te studeren voor een postmasteropleiding tot Registeraccountant (RA), een (US) CPA-opleiding, of een andere relevante studie, zoals Certified Financial Analyst
Functie-eisen
Je bent inhoudelijk sterk en altijd bereid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd ben je nieuwsgierig en wil je alles leren over het vakgebied. Je hebt de ambitie om uit te groeien tot een van de besten in jouw vak, net als je toekomstige collega’s. Je staat open voor nieuwe ervaringen, neemt graag initiatief en ziet elke uitdaging als een kans om te leren en te groeien, je hebt ook:
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of Controlling;
- Een passie voor cijfers en een duidelijke motivatie voor het vak;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (kennis van het Papiaments is een pre);
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en uitdagingen proactief aan te pakken;
- Een intrinsieke motivatie om te leren van anderen en jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Consultant pas je de opgedane kennis dagelijks in de praktijk toe bij klanten door expertise te bieden op het gebied van boekhouding, interne controle en financiële volwassenheid. Dit vereist dat je vanuit een breder perspectief werkt; je verdiept je in complexe onderwerpen en vertaalt deze naar robuuste maar pragmatische oplossingen. Als onderdeel van het Deloitte Integrated Business Solutions-initiatief werk je samen met specialisten op het gebied van belastingen, digitalisering en consulting binnen het wereldwijde Deloitte-netwerk om de aspecten Audit, Financial & Risk Advisory in multidisciplinaire projecten succesvol te begeleiden. Naast adviesprojecten bied je ook technische auditondersteuning aan auditteams. Je richt je niet alleen op technische onderwerpen, maar speelt ook een cruciale rol in de samenwerking met klanten, waardoor dit een zeer interactieve functie is.
