About this role

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide Level 3 support for MDM-related incidents and service requests. 

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune environment. 

  • Configure and maintain device enrollment policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. 

  • Create, deploy, and troubleshoot compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines. 

  • Manage application packaging and deployment through Intune. 

  • Support Autopilot, device provisioning, and lifecycle management. 

  • Implement Conditional Access policies in collaboration with security teams. 

  • Monitor device health, compliance status, and remediation activities. 

  • Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and policy synchronization issues. 

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. 

  • Coordinate with Microsoft support and OEM vendors for complex issues. 

  • Participate in change management, patch deployment, and operational reviews. 

  • Generate reports and dashboards for device compliance and management metrics.

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (Preferred) 

  • SCCM/MECM Co-management (Preferred) 

Troubleshooting Skills 

  • Device Enrollment Issues 

  • Compliance and Configuration Policy Troubleshooting 

  • Application Deployment Issues 

  • Certificate and Authentication Troubleshooting 

  • Conditional Access & MFA Issues 

  • Sync and Connectivity Issues
