- Oversee project lifecycle: engineering coordination → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover
- Ensure adherence to EPC contract schedules and key milestones
- anage multiple subcontractors for:
- Substation civil works (foundations, control building, trenches)
- Tower foundations (pile/open foundations)
- Infrastructure works (roads, drainage, fencing)
- anage multiple subcontractors for:
- Evaluate contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
- Approve work methods, schedules, and progress.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedule (Primavera/MS Project).
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and cost targets.
- Oversee:
- Client billing (milestone-based)
- Subcontractor billing and certification.
