About the Role
Talent 360 is hiring a Construction Manager on behalf on of it's clients to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will lead site operations, manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Extensive experience in finishing works is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure all finishing works are executed to the highest quality standards and project requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead project handovers, snag list closure, and final project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing all finishing works is a must.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, shop drawings, BOQs, quality control, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Head Office: Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City
- Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
- Work Location: Construction Sites
