The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater facilites/utilites, construction engineering, and construction management experience. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across regional teams to support strategic growth and project success.
