Job Description

Drive large-scale real estate and urban development projects and shape the future of cities with us.  Whether in mixed-use developments, commercial districts, residential communities, or large-scale urban regeneration projects, our work creates sustainable and future-proof environments for people and businesses.  To support the successful delivery of a demanding and complex urban development and infrastructure project, we are looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished Construction Delivery Manager to join our team in Dubai available for an early start.

In this role, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this landmark project while contributing to the continued growth and long-term success of our project management business across the region.

• Support the project and construction management team in coordinating daily construction activities on site 
• Monitor construction progress and assist in ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements 
• Provide technical support across multiple disciplines, including architectural, civil,structural and MEP works 
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth site execution 
• Assist in resolving construction, execution, and quality-related issues during project delivery 
• Conduct regular site inspections and support quality assurance and quality control processes 
• Support project reporting, documentation, and communication between site teams and project leadership 
• Act as a flexible project resource across different work packages and project areas as required 
• actively developing implementable solutions for the project in collaboration with the contractors and other project stakeholders 

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline 
• 5 years of relevant construction experience, ideally on large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or urban development projects; minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the UAE 
• Experience supporting construction management, site supervision, or project delivery teams on active construction sites 
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination, quality management, and project execution processes 
• Exposure to MEP systems and coordination activities would be an advantage 
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, construction practices, and local project environments 
• Strong communication and coordination skills within multicultural project teams 
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken 
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with a strong site presence
• Relevant work experience in the UAE is required, with a solid understanding of the local culture, applicable regulations, and government authorities 
• Valid UAE driving license is required
