Le Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa recrute un(e) Comptable Fournisseurs.
Le/La Comptable Fournisseurs assure le traitement et le suivi des opérations comptables liées aux fournisseurs de l’hôtel, dans le respect des procédures et des délais.
Principales responsabilités
- Réceptionner et contrôler les factures fournisseurs.
- Vérifier la conformité des pièces comptables.
- Saisir les factures dans le système comptable.
- Assurer le rapprochement entre factures, commandes et réceptions.
- Suivre les comptes fournisseurs.
- Participer à la préparation des règlements.
- Répondre aux demandes et réclamations des fournisseurs.
- Participer aux clôtures comptables.
- Assurer le classement et l’archivage des documents.
Profil recherché
- Formation en comptabilité ou finance.
- Expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise des principes comptables.
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils comptables.
- Rigueur, organisation et respect de la confidentialité.
