Avis Greece is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team .

 

🎯 Your Mission:

  •  Help bring our HSEQ strategy, policies, and objectives to life in line with ISO standards
  • Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and continuously improving internal policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal inspections, proactive audits, and assessments across company functions
  • Gather audit evidence and support clear documentation, timely follow-up, and effective closure of findings
  • Promote the consistent application of HSEQ procedures across all facilities
  • Assist with planning, monitoring, and delivering the company’s Compliance Program
  • Collect, monitor, and report HSEQ and ESG performance indicators
  • Identify potential compliance risks and help develop practical, business-focused solutions
  • Support engaging training and awareness initiatives for employees and contractors
  • Contribute to the smooth delivery of day-to-day compliance activities and administration

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, or another relevant field, supported by a compliance qualification or certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in HSEQ compliance and hands-on experience with ISO standards
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with multinational environments and internal procedures
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to accuracy
