We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Compliance & Corporate Governance Manager to build, coordinate and oversee our compliance framework while ensuring that our corporate governance commitments are properly tracked and fulfilled.   This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining compliance expertise, project management and stakeholder coordination in a fast-moving deeptech environment. You will play a key role in helping Alice & Bob meet the expectations of investors, customers, partners and regulators while supporting the company’s long-term growth.   Reporting to the Legal Supervisor, you will own and coordinate Alice & Bob's compliance program across a broad range of topics including ethics, data protection, third-party compliance requirements and internal policies.   Working closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate the implementation of compliance initiatives and ensure they remain effective over time. In addition, you will establish and maintain processes to monitor and fulfill the company's corporate governance obligations, including commitments made to investors and other stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, governance and operations.
