Job Description
- Sebagai SPOC (Single Point of Contact) kepada debitur dalam menangani complaint yang masuk dari Field Collection & Desk Collection.
- Bekerjasama dengan tim terkait terhadap tanggapan yang akan disampaikan kepada debitur.
- Menjadi korespondensi di setiap complaint yang masuk ke perusahaan di antara lain Official Legal Notice Letter dan channel complaint lainnya, tidak terbatas pada email, Portal OJK, Portal AFPI, APPK, Media Konsumen, Media sosial.
- Melakukan recap dan memberikan hasil report serta insight kepada Collection Support Manager.
- Sebagai SPOC (Single Point of Contact) kepada debitur dalam support claim asuransi.
Qualifications
- Berpendidikan S1, diutamakan Sarjana Hukum.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di Complaint Handling (lulusan baru/freshgrad dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat dapat dipertimbangkan).
- Memiliki kemampuan pengolahan data (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, dll).
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang kuat; mampu untuk eskalasi masalah dengan jelas dan cepat.
- Mampu bekerja sesuai dengan SLA yang telah ditetapkan.
