- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN), licensed
Preferred but not required: Certification in Basic Occupational Safety. With Health (BOSH) training is required or must be willing to obtain
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR / First Aid (current and valid)
- At least 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an occupational health in corporate wellness setting
Experience in emergency/first aid response and case management is an advantage
Experience coordinating with HMOs, hospitals, or external healthcare providers preferred
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (OSH) standards and Philippine labor/DOLE health-related compliance requirements
Working knowledge of clinic operations, medical inventory/supply management, and basic administrative/reporting tasks
Familiarity with health program design (wellness initiatives, health education, disease prevention campaigns) is a plus
Comfortable conducting both onsite and virtual/telehealth consultations
Strong documentation skills; able to prepare accurate medical/attendance reports for billing and compliance purposes
Competency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with employees, HR, Finance, and external healthcare partners
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records (data privacy compliance, e.g., RA 10173 / Data Privacy Act)
Sound clinical judgment and ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
Organized and detail-oriented, especially in inventory and reporting duties
Willingness to conduct home visits when required
Amenable to flexible or shifting schedules if clinic hours require it (worth confirming with the hiring team)

Job Description
- Provide first aid treatment and emergency nursing care to employees with work-related and non-work-related illnesses or injuries.
- Conduct nursing assessments and assist employees during onsite and virtual medical consultations, ensuring timely coordination of follow-up care and referrals.
- Prepare and submit the monthly physicians' attendance report to the Finance Department for billing and processing.
- Manage the company clinic, including medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals and HMO partners for employee medical needs.
- Arrange and assist employees requiring transportation for home or hospital referral, ensuring appropriate endorsement and documentation.
- Conduct home visits, when necessary, to assess employees' health status and facilitate return-to-work or recovery monitoring.
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health programs, wellness initiatives, health education activities and disease prevention campaigns.
- Support compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements related to employee health and clinic operations.
- Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned in support of the company's occupational health and wellness programs.
